Sometimes your computer freezes and won't do anything. Think of it the way you feel when you have too much going on, too many decisions, and you can't think--you are on overload. In my experience, when the computer freezes it is because I have become impatient and want too many things to happen too fast.

One thing to do is to right click on the bottom bar. You will get a menu. Click on Task Manager. That will show you what all is running at the same time. If too many programs are running, too many demands have been given, your computer goes on overload and freezes. Click on End Task. Try to end every task and then turn off the computer THE RIGHT WAY and give it a rest for 10 minutes. Then turn it on THE RIGHT WAY and it should be ok.

Another way to get the Task Manager is to hold down on the keyboard all at the same time--Ctrl--Alt--Delete. Then follow the instructions above.
